To arrive at the race location, you will need to travel to Delhi via flight/train/bus and transfer to overnight/day buses to Rishikesh, from Delhi. If you wish to travel by Volvo buses to Rishikesh, (which are far and few), please contact your travel agent and plan your ahead in advance.
